Hey there! Thanks for writing and for the compliment.
However, Jessica is considered a Disney character: Disney Studios created her—and the animation in Who Framed Roger Rabbit (as well as other Roger Rabbit shorts) was done by Disney. Touchstone, which produced the live-action movie, is one of Disney’s alternate film labels. Jessica also has enjoyed, up until 1992, her own store at Disney’s Pleasure Island location.
